RETURN POLICY

Hazamat is operated by INDOGLOBAL DEFTECH LLP (LLPIN: AAY-6197).

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.


RETURN CONDITIONS


To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Returns are accepted in the following cases:

• Wrong item delivered

• Defective product received

• Damaged product received

• Missing parts, accessories, or components

• Product significantly different from the description on the website


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN


  1. Log in to your Hazamat account.
  2. Go to "My Orders".
  3. Select the product you wish to return.
  4. Follow the return instructions provided.
  5. Alternatively, contact our support team at support@hazamat.com.


RETURN VERIFICATION


Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.


APPROVED RETURNS


Upon approval:

• A replacement product will be dispatched, subject to availability.

OR

• A refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse

• Products without original packaging

• Customized or special-order products

• Products marked as non-returnable on the website
