REFUND ELIGIBILITY


Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective.

• The product delivered is different from the item ordered.

• The product is not as described on the website.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, invoices, and tags.


REFUND PROCESS

  2. Share your Order ID and reason for the refund request.
  3. Provide photographs or videos of the product, if applicable.
  4. Our team will review and verify the request.
  5. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from our side.

• Refund approval is subject to verification by Hazamat.
